LIVING DOWNTOWN

Downtown Atlanta is becoming more and more popular as a place to live, not just a place to visit for concerts, parades, and sporting events. Kessler City Lofts is right in the middle of everything. Easily walkable to large venues and tourist attractions, Five Points Marta Station, and plenty of local businesses. There's always something going on; for event calendars as well as information about doing business downtown and current initiatives, visit:

NEIGHBORHOOD RESOURCES

ATLANTA DOWNTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION: ADNA

CASTLEBERRY HILL NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION: CHNA

The CHNA promotes the health, safety, and welfare of Castleberry Hill through preservation, restoration, rejuvenation, and improvement of quality of life for residents. Regular meetings are held on the third Monday of each month.

NEIGHBORHOOD PLANNING UNIT M (NPU-M)

One of twenty-five NPUs in the City of Atlanta; NPU-M is part of the system that enables citizens to make recommendations to the Mayor and City Council on zoning, land use, and other planning issues.  NPU-M is formally made up of the Downtown Atlanta, Castleberry Hill, Central Atlanta Neighbors, Marietta Street Artery, Fourth Ward Alliance, and Fourth Ward Neighbors communities who meet regularly to voice their opinions on matters in their neighborhoods.
